The few occasions I have had a flat or problem out on the road, within an hour there was someone there to fix it. The shop is one of the best I have ever seen. They take real interest and listen to the drivers to ensure that what is wrong with the truck or trailer is fixed to our satisfaction. They maintain a high quality of professionalism and still manage to keep a good rapport with the drivers.
The office staff has worked hard to keep all of my permits up to date and shared with me all I need to know to keep current. The Safety Department keeps me informed as to any changes I need to know and keep running legal while getting good miles.
These are the reasons that I have now decided to be a Lease Operator for Transland.

Bill and Sandra Perreault My name is Bill Perreault and this is my wife, Sandra. I met my wife in the course of my career, as she is also an OTR driver. We have always enjoyed the lifestyle, but it has been difficult finding that special company that not only supports the needs of the driver but also of the family... TCSI/Transland has done just that for us. |
I have been a commercial truck driver for 13 years; 3 years as a lease operator. Before coming to Transland, we had often heard the empty promises that trucking companies make to recruit drivers; needless to say, that never materialize. We happened to hear about TCSI/Transland through a friend of ours, and we have never regretted our decision to come on board with this company.
We believe in TCSI/Transland and their office personnel; from the office management section, driver safety, dispatch, and maintenance. This company will work with you so you can succeed both professionally and monetarily. Also, and important part of being part of the TCSI/Transland family is the commitment that this company has to their personnel and drivers. Transland also considers family needs as a part of that success.
It takes a lot of dedication and hard work both from the driver, their families, and the company to make a successful team work. Thanks to TCSI/Transland, our commitment to this company has paid off.

A driver from TCSI \ Transland introduced me to Mr. Walker. I told Mr. Walker of my dreams of owning my own truck, being able to own a home and raise a family without living paycheck to paycheck. Now I am living my dream. Thanks, not only to a man who knows my name but the office personnel who smile when you see them and will do everything they can to help no matter the problem you may be experiencing.

Mike Allen was hired on November 2, 2000. He was Transland Driver of the Year in 2002 and Mike is one of the “Original Top Guns” of Transland. Mike holds the designation of being in the top 2% of drivers.
